What to do when your Button gets hurt?

One of my buttons got loose and hurt her head. Its got all the skin missing and bleeding on her head. It is about the size a quarter inch, I put liquid skin on it. What else can I do, and will she recover or is she now subject to die? I read somewhere if a button gets hurt and bleeds, they usually end up dying. I am so sad.

I hope that every button that gets hurt or bleeds won't die. I don't think that is a hard and fast rule for anything. I'm sure you are taking very good care of him/her. Keep her warm and well fed and watch closely to make sure her head is not getting infected.

Don't be sad. There are a lot of very knowledgeable people who can answer just about any question. Keep your chin up.

My pharoh quail got pecked in the head and was a little bloody. He is doing fine now, and all I did was clean him off. I know mine are probably a little hardier than yours. I wish you well and good luck!
