what to do with a weak baby

She is in with everyone else now, she still scoots around on her knees instead of walking on her feet she is about 30 hours old , Any ideas on if this will get better.
She also flipps over on her back and has the worst time getting up.
I havent seen her eat and drink but she if noisey and seems pretty perky all things considerd.
Her tummy and bottom look fine now no scabs or anything any more but her tummy seems kinda puffy still.
