Okonomiyaki!!! Sorry I love asian food, this is a japanese recipe that is highly customizable and uses cabbage and eggs as a base. I couldn't remember the recipe for it, so I looked around online and found one that is almost identical to the one I use. The only difference I don't use the sauces they put on top, just a bit of soy sauce.

It is really yummy, if you like this kind of food! And it is also funny, the only reason I tried it was because of a cartoon, and I thought it sounded interesting... Yes I am as a bad as a cat when it comes to curiosity

You can also make a relish from it adding onion, green tomatoes peppers, all sorts of veggies, red veggies make it look great,spice it with hot peppers, if you like it hot. There are lots of options for what to add. Shred and stuff into bell peppers and can in wide mouth jars. steam like you would for Greens and then freeze. You are so lucky to have cabbage this time of year, mine is a winter veg. I live in AZ. Yum, Yum,
