What to do with bullied chicken once she heals?

We have 13 chickens. A few months ago, one got an illness of some sort that caused her, at least in one eye, to go blind. In the past week or two, she's getting bullied / pecked on (most of her feathers on her head are gone. He checked for mites or anything else that may cause that and found nothing) We plan to separate her and see if she starts to heal, but what do we do if we put her back with the others and it just starts to happen again? It didn't start right after the illness / not sure what triggered it. Thanks

Generally one eyed or limited vision birds are picked upon relentlessly. The pecking order is not gentle or kind.

If you have space maybe you could set up a smaller enclosure for her near the other birds and if there's room for one, pick out a gentler bird as a companion.
