What to do with nesting boxes before chicks are laying?

I think tonight or tomorrow night is move in day. They will be 4.5 weeks old and obviously a long ways from laying. I have 4 nesting boxes already in place, 2 removable and 2 fixed. Should I just leave them as is, or remove the 2 and block off the other 2 until week 14/15 or so?

I would block them off until they are 6 months old.

No need to remove any if they're secured in place. Doesn't hurt to block them off until they're roosting reliably, after that you should be fine removing whatever's blocking them so the birds can start to explore them in the day.
