Girl, what're you apologizing for? You are working miracles over there, Saint Kris!Sorry, day one and today were both days with no photo help... tomorrow I’m going to sit her for lice!

Please don't take my comment as a criticism of your pics. I meant that they were the clearest in the amount of foot shown.

Technology? Cell phone? Do you mean magic pocket ringy thingy?None taken! I’m not great with the cell phone camera, I admit it, and between holding the chicken and taking the photos... it is a struggle, you should see all the ones I delete (and that’s a blurry shot of my shoulder, and my hip, and the ceiling... all sans the foot I’m actually trying to shoot)! Then I forget to turn the phone off and drain my battery almost all the way while I’m working on her. Technology eh?
Great question. I await an answer from one of our more experienced brethren with bated breath... I am learning so much here.I’m thinking of emptying a small baby powder bottle and filling it with my carbaryl dusting powder to more easily poof it under her wings and at her butt... last time I went in with a loaded up facecloth and assulted the birds with that... chase, grab, powder, toss into storage area of coop then repeat with next poor “victim”. It was a bit messy. The 1 kg bottle is a bit much, especially with all the flapping... any thoughts on this for a dispensing method? These chickens aren’t really used to handling...
