What to feed for a day

Idk, I ended up making them a giant salad with greens, apple, carrots, broccoli, mealworms, scrambled eggs, rice, and scratch

so far they've had carrots, some strawberries, and some lettuce. They need a protein, but i am worried about the chicken being too salty. I can feed them some solider flies.
