Hi:
Well, there are partridge Wyandottes out there so you wouldn't really have to cross
but the chicken calculator indicates that the difference between single laced
and multiple laced partridge is that partridge lacks the Columbian and Melanotic genes
http://kippenjungle.nl/kruising.html
the shortest route would be something that is already partridge
(or silver penciled, since adding the gold gene (s+) would be a snap)
Partridge rocks, partridge cochin, silver penciled rocks, dark brahma
bred to GLW hatch & cull a lot for several generations
Again, using henk69's calculator, if you cross a GLW to a partridge colored bird
then simply bred the f1's to each other, only about 1 in16 of theses f2's
would be partridge without the Melanizing or the Columbian genes
How "Wyandottish" they would look would vary a lot.

It would be much easier to purchase the birds. The bird would have to segregate from a parental gold or silver laced out cross. And then the birds would not segregate until you carried out additional F1 and F2 crosses.
