What toys did you collect or love in the 60s, 70s? Kiddles?

My favorite toys of all were my Tinker Toys & Hot Wheels & track.
I had a "six- finger" in grade school.....for a short time, till it got confiscated.

Little Kiddles!!! And my mom showed me an article in one of her ladies' magazines showing how to make a doll house out of boxes & other found stuff. I used a lot of those ideas to make a big house for all my Kiddles. I also had Breyer horses & would make tack from felt & pipe cleaners. I even made a little cart for my Shetland pony from balsa wood. My brother collected Matchbox cars, they each would come in a little cardboard box. We made a city for them to drive around on, made of white paper & construction paper shapes glued onto it. We kept adding onto it until it was about 5 feet square. I don't have my Kiddles or my Breyer horses, but I think my brother still has his Matchbox cars.

Oh yeah, I had a Spirograph too! It came with a package of push pins so you could hold the plastic frames onto the drawing board while you worked. A definate safety hazard by today's standards!
