What treat did your chickies get today?

Mine got a couple of my home made biscuits from breakfast and I found a wooly worm they had a ball with that one.

Carrot and beet tops, a couple of tomatoes, some apples, brussel sprouts and a handful of black soldier fly larve. Now happily laying down and resting.

Yesterday they got an egg not sure how or why they decided to eat it but they did. Today they got bread and grapes.

Today my girls has organic rainbow chard from my veggie box leftovers, then a hot mash made from soaked pellets, natural yoghurt & cat food. Happy girls!

Just filled their veggie ball with broccoli & tomatoes for tomorrow.

mine got their favourite,warm porridge cake,made it with support staff.
mixed in the porridge were meal worms,sultanas and a bit of muesli which had currants,almonds and hazelnuts in.
and ontop of each slop cake was little bits of potato waffle that had not been eaten.
this is a photo of each cake [one for our solo chuck henny,one for middle coop and one for cochins]-

sometimes will cut grass into little bits and mix that in the porridge.
they then head to bed after porridge time,and its nice to know they will have a warm belly.

Meal worms, sunflower seeds and collars. They go crazy over the meal worms and gobble them up first.

Today I made them a small pot of rice and I mixed it with about 5 ground up egg shells.
