Giant cockroach *fermented* that I fished out of the fermenting vat.

Worms, worms and more worms, lol. I let them out for some free ranging time and ended up out there with a pitchfork, turning over manure piles and leftover hay from the last round bale to expose the feast - they had a blast (DH says I'm pathetic, whatever.......)

Since I also have a Bearded Dragon I raise Dubia roaches so my hens get nice, well fed 2" roaches for a treat fairly often. They go crazy for the roaches. I just wish they would stop killing all the baby snakes they find in the yard!

Roaches for chickens and a beardie sounds awesome. I'm raising meal worms for my girls. And snakes wow. I've seen em take down frogs and mice but man, baby snakes.
