What treat did your chickies get today?

When do you find that chickens really start to enjoy treats? Ive fed mine various things since they were ~1 weeks old. They haven't really been excited over anything. *sigh* they peck at almost everything but they just play with it.

My chickens got some salad greens and an entire loaf of homemade wheat bread that wasn't quite done. They loved every minute of it

Mine got a couple cooked meaty beef soup bones to clean up and some suet seed block.

They love it when they find a small lizard in the run....they have also killed two small frogs. Gross...and they eat it all!

My girls eat it and love it, I often add cheyenne flakes to their food to get them to start laying. My girls are my garbage disposals and I have yet to find anything they will not eat
