What treat did your chickies get today?

Frozen cranberries and frozen summer squash helped to cool my chickens down yesterday. I tossed some of the berries in a pan of shallow water hoping they would hop in an cool off a bit more, but they didn't. They did however bob for berries and clean every last berry out of there.

Mine had frozen blueberries. They appreciated the treat on this hot day.

Mine seem to love Watermelon and strawberries. I have tried lettuce, spinach and yogurt and they wont touch them. Just gave them an ear of corn so we will see if they like that!

Well I gave them an ear of corn a couple of hours ago and so far they are showing no interest. Same with the lettuce ends yesterday. Silly girls don't eat many treats!
