Rand out of scratch and there's no way I'm going out in this snow for the next coupl of days. They got crumbles and diced wheat bread mixed with warm ramen noodle soup.

I think my chicken ladies have got me figured out......blackmail....!!!! It seems that when I treat them with warm oatmeal with trimmings they together and I have 4 eggs from 4 ladies. If I just provide them maybe only mealworms and crack corn......I only get a couple of eggs!!! Today, it is below freezing, with I don't know how much snow/ice on the ground. I warmed their oatmeal/cranraisins/spring greens......after I went back at about 3pm.......4 eggs. The last several days that I only gave them the minimum treats....2 eggs.....?????????

Ok,,,,,after lunch I finally took them some warmed over oatmeal....cranraisins....greek yogurt....topped with spring greens............I checked on them around 4:30 and sure enough....they coughed up 3 eggs!
