What treat did your chickies get today?

My little girl had dried mealworms, grapes, and sunflower kernels - unsalted, of course!

One of my new shy hens decided to sleep in the nesting box last night, so I discovered four quite poopy eggs in there this morning. Scrambled the eggs, shells and all, and mixed with some diced overripe banana, and topped with (of course) dried mealworms!

I wet the morning feed with hot water and added some scratch. It's cold outside!

Warm oatmeal with some 6 way scratch, a few raisins and some mealworms. A nice breakfast on a cold morning.

Wow! Gotta be a chicken!
Our chickens had half a cucumber today. Usually a treat for the summer but it was a pretty mild winter day in Germany today so why not!
