What type of chicken is this?

I got a group of day old barred rocks. And they are growing up to be.. well.. barred rocks. Accept one. Has been a runt since day one and more resembles a bantam.

I'd guess a blue OEGB.

No way is that a Barred Rock or runt. It is a lovely game bird bantam. I don't know the various colors/breeds but I'll take Wishapup's word for it.
