What type of chicken?

Me too she would boss my chickens that were 2 times bigger than her. I thought it was only because they were young but not she bites me when i try to pick her up so i can see how nasty these birds can be

Oh, dont get me wrong! Mine is not nasty at all! I absolutely LOVE her! She is one of my favorite girls I have! It took me a long time to decide if I was gonna keep her or not, once she started laying she just turned sweet as sugar! But she knows me, I think it just takes them longer to get to know people, they just arent as trusting as other breeds. I handled her A LOT as well to gentle her down, so it IS totally doable and I would really suggest it, cause when this breed loves you they really love you! Mine is like a little dove just sits in my lap now and sings...cause they dont sound like chickens really at all. Give her a chance...I think you will really like her a lot! I'll get a picture of mine for you..

I didn't mean it like that. She is a chicken that i hold very dear as she was my first. When she was under a year she was the sweetest thing every then i got more chickens and spent less and less time with her. But she was still very kind. Then she molted and after that she has never been the same. I still like her i just can't handle her without her trying to bite off my hands when i touch her.
