What type of chickens are these?

Hi lovely chicken parents! I have these two chicks and they are the only ones that I'm not sure of the breed. I believe they are both Bantams. They were supposed to be, but I've had mix ups at the feed store before. I would love it if you could help me out! Also, what thread might I ask for advice on starting a large flock of a hundred or so? Thanks in advance!

The first looks like a sebright. The black I can't see it's legs. They are not Brahma.

What advice do you need about a large flock? Managing your flock is where I would ask your question. I keep a large flock. You will need a big coop or shed, or multiple sheds.

The first one is a quail d'anvers. The second one could be a black old English game bantam or a black dutch bantam.
