Do a search here and you'll find a couple of threads about it. It's a new incubator and there have been some issues.
Issue 1: the fan was unguarded and chicks were getting cut and injured by the blades. Customers had to contact the company for a separate fan guard. Newer boxes should now have fan guards included but older boxes may still be on the shelves.
Issue 2: Excess humidity in the incubator during hatch was causing the circuit panel to short out. Customers had to contact the company for a humidity seal and then take apart the panel to install it. Not sure if newer boxes have this already installed or not.
I know this because I considered buying one and followed the reviews closely. I'm a beginning hatcher and went with an Incuview instead. I would have preferred a Brinsea but they're more than I could justify paying.
ETA: Harris Farms is an American company and has been very responsive to customers. I cannot say the same for all incubators, so this is a plus.
