I get all my pigeons from people who have found them injured, i rehabilitate them, lock them in the loft for a week and them let them free fly. This pigeon is different to all my others, it has feathery feet, a much shorter head and beak and has a completely different style of flying, could anyone help me identify the breed? Thanks in advance

It looks like some type of highflyer, or tumbler. It is hard to pinpoint what type, as there are many. Perhaps a West of England tumbler? what is it's style of flying? Lots of wing claps, and folding it's wings back?

@pigeons breeds may know.
Yes exactly that! Lots of clapping and it holds its wings right back and almost falls.

In guessing a West of England tumbler! Nice! Id love to see more pictures of your birds.
Just got this one in today, i think its a feral, very very thin, ive tubed it now and given antibiotics just in case. Hopefully it’ll do well. Very pretty colours.
