What type of respiratory issue is this?

Give him some vitamins to boost his immune system. Make sure it isn't gapeworm or fowl box causing a problem. If these are not the causes, then it could be allergies, respiratory infection, or simply inhaled dust.

Try Tylan 50, 1cc dose. It should help with the infection.

Respiratory problems can be bacterial.
More likely viral, environmental, fungal, parasitic or nutritional. None of those can be fixed with antibiotics.

Today, after putting some vetrx on him last night, his crow sounds a lot better. Not 100%, but much better. I know this only treats the symptoms. What type of vitamins should I give? I tried rooster booster before, but my birds eat mash and refuse those pellets.

When I give antibiotics to chickens I put some medication on wet bread and feed it to the sick bird.

What type of vitamins would be beneficial for respiratory issues? I saw that the rooster booster wormer has something about respiratory illness on the label. I am wondering if there is something with similar vitamins that I can mix into the water or something. I don't know how they would handle pellets.

I used save-a-chick to help my chicks, and I think it would help adults as well. Nutri-drench I think is also used for sick birds.
