Thanks for the info! Would this antibiotic fix any possible infection? Do you just give it one time or dose him for a certain number of days?

X2Give him some vitamins to boost his immune system. Make sure it isn't gapeworm or fowl box causing a problem. If these are not the causes, then it could be allergies, respiratory infection, or simply inhaled dust.

Respiratory problems can be bacterial.
More likely viral, environmental, fungal, parasitic or nutritional. None of those can be fixed with antibiotics.

When I give antibiotics to chickens I put some medication on wet bread and feed it to the sick bird.
