WHAT TYPES OF BIRDS DO YOU HAVE? PICS?

I have Light Brahmas, Salmon Faverolles (both standard). Silver Sebrights, Silkie bantams, a Barred Cochin rooster, a white booted bantam hen, 1 mixed chick from the cochin and booted bantam.

I also have around 15 mixed color "Calico" ( i call them ) purebred call ducks. I bred them from a white hen and gray drake (both pure calls).

I also have 4 pairs of Toulouse geese. And a trio of mandarins.

I've had it both ways. The last two males I have owned have been great and well mannered. In fact, the previous male to the one in the photograph was very tame (which may have led to his demise to a mink 2 years ago) and bold, but not at all aggressive. He would display when you clapped, eat from your hand and was a great father (he even went broody himself). My current male is a young bird, not has tame as the previous, but not at all aggressive and rather timid. I had 2 males many years ago that I could not enter their aviaries without a broom or stick as they would attack. The Lophura species are my favorites, all of them have bold personalities, but in my opinion, Silver Pheasants are among the most fun to keep.
