what vegetables are the best source of calcium

Hard red wheat has more calcium than spinach and you can buy it in 50 lb bags and it won't go bad as soon.

Oxalic acid can negat the calcium in spinach and other greens if the level of oxalic exceeds that of calcium. I wanted to point out that it is only a problem at the time of feeding spinach. Spinach should not be a problem if fed as a treat seperate from other calcium sources.
