what vegetables are the best source of calcium

Quote:
if the oxalic acid in it binds with the calcium in it, doesn't that defeat the purpose of feeding spinach as a calcium source?

ETA - just saw the post on hard red wheat. good to know.

Oxalic acid can negat the calcium in spinach and other greens if the level of oxalic exceeds that of calcium. I wanted to point out that it is only a problem at the time of feeding spinach. Spinach should not be a problem if fed as a treat seperate from other calcium sources.
