when i lived in mexico, lechuzas were common owls... but in mexico, everyone is scared of everything... LOL... owls are an omen for them...

Definatly a vampire. Those things pretty dangerous so be extra careful.
Idk any bait you can use for one, but I'm assuming fresh blood would be your best bet.
