Where did you get them? A hatchery or somewhere else? Why do you think those are the breeds? Did someone tell you or are you trying to figure it out. Not every chicken is a breed. There is a lot more to breed than feather color/pattern.
A Dominique should have yellow legs. So should a Barred Rock. The pigment from black feathers often gives hem darker or black legs though. That's a trait breeders have to work on.
My guess from that photo is that it is more likely a barnyard mix. Those feet look more white than black or yellow. Being darker like that he probably only has one barring gene which could be a black sex link or maybe just that one of his parents was not barred. It might help to know where they came from.
