Dogs LOVE A N Y T H I N G that stinks! My two girls are too young to know the spellings, yet, but they can recite MY schedule from memory, they know OUT, TREATS, "Strip the turkey/chicken", Feed the horses/chickens, ride-in-the-_____, basement, and probably more English than I even now that they know. They are MY dogs, and act like they are attached to my hip. My now-passed-on GS/Collie cross, "Xena" knew how to retrieve and bring back my horse, "Corpoal," when he escaped and ran the town...um...twice.
Rose and Pyg can't retrieve the horses...YET. We started working on grabbing a lead rope, and then the extreme heat put a temporary end on that. When they learn that one, they will know "get the horse," too.
