Def. looks like some sort of internal parasite, but I’m no expert as to which. Perhaps @Kiki can help.

It’s fine. I think when you are looking for a pic, there’s a multiple select thingy, and it selects photos at random when you touch them as you scroll. Happens to me plenty, lol.
