i mixed a white silkie roo with a buff orp hen?
or a white silkie hen and a buff orp roo??

Bantam or standard BO? Cause I don't know how easily a Silkie could mate with a standard, that's a BIG girl! Lol. I would think possibly birds with BO colors, or lighter since the roo would be white, so maybe a cream colored bird, smooth feathers, and a top hat, sort of like a Polish, but a meatier bird. Possibility for black skin, 5th toe, could get feathered legs. Could possibly get a Silkie feathered bird that looks like a BO, but I'm not good with genetics. You might want to ask in the Genetics section of the forum. A lot of people there are very knowledgeable in genetics. If you do cross them though, shoot some pics cause I'm interested to see what you'd get. Personally I have White Silkies and I have Bantam BO's. But I hadn't considered crossing them. It would be interesting to see what you get though.
