What would you charge...

hello all, hoping I chose the correct forum to ask this.

We are looking at moving into town where we may only be able to have 8-10 of our chickens. Therefore having to look at selling our established flock with 21 brand new layers, and 25 1 year old layers. In our area good laying hens go for about $10/bird. Though I’m hoping to find someone to purchase the birds and coop/run together. It is a 10wx11Lx10H coop with chicken door and walk in door, built this summer and sturdy as all get out, with brand new tin all around, as well as a 20x20 run.

In your humble opinion, what would be a fair asking price for coop, run, and chickens all together?

well you should take a darn good look at what it cost to build it... and add a bit more.
