What would you cross?

Hey guys, so I have 3 lovely hens and I'd love to get some little chicks from. We have 2 x amberlinks and 1 x austra white.

Now I realise that these are crosses/hybrids so breeding colours isn't straight forward. But what rooster would you put over them to get the best surprises? Like a random genetic lottery
