Artichokes French (A dish that's very common around Rochester, NY, where I'm originally from.)
Fresh sliced tomatoes
Fresh steamed asparagus w/ butter
The Strawberry pineapple banana Jello salad that my family makes
Reeses PB cup sundae made with Forbidden Chocolate ice cream, from Friendly's

Capt'n Eli's Blueberry Pop
A bottle of Michelob (to go with the crab legs. Crab legs and beer go together)
A glass of Widmer's Lake Niagara White Wine

That ought to do it.

At the moment:
I can't pronounce let alone spell the names but for starters that Japanese seafood soup (extra large bowl), followed by that Italian dish of seafood in a pepper marinara gravy over pasta. For dessert, the heaviest, thickest plain cheese cake I can find.
 
MMMmmm. Cheese! A loaded pizza, some decent lasagna, chili poppers and then a plate of cheeses and some real bread. Cheesecake for dessert. Since I am hideously allergic to milk, soy, gluten and more, that'd do me in right there. But MAN, that would be a way to go! *drools*
 
Mine would have to be an order of Bolitos from 5 Brothers, Picadillo, yellow rice and black beans from El Siboney with a large cafe con leche to wash it all down. I would die happy!
 
Oh man what a question... It would have to be homegrown from here....

A T-Bone from down the road at Bowsers Meat Locker, topped with one of my eggs
A side of Morel Mushroom lightly sautee'd
Garden peas with butter
A baked potato with sour cream and chives

And for dessert, some fresh blackberries from the patch out in the pasture.
