Yeah, He isn't anywhere near my birds. I had one years ago. My chicks are in the basement and he is upstairs with no access to the basement.

202rooster........ I have the black Molted D'Uccles, mine do the same thing....follow me around, they almost sound like little ducks quacking. I trip over them and everything. If I bend down, they are on my back.. They are so super friendly ...

Awww.... I LOVE Ferrets. I used to have Ferrets. They are soo funny. The dogs I have now....would have no problem killing them, so no Ferrets.

Same goes for me, I LOVED that Ferret, Max. Then we got a labrador rescue that wanted to love him too, for dinner.

Hey, of the quail mix eggs I got from reese in December, I got one white quail. They pick her head clean because she's different. I've been keeping her with the chicks. I was wondering if I should try using food coloring to dye her brown, see if that helps???? What do you think??

I can't help it. Everyone has such great goodies. And it so much fun. My FB friends say they miss me and I do try and get there but not as much as I used to. I have FOGELLY who lives right down the road from me with his amazing chickens but that's pretty much it. Everyone else lives so far away. And I love talking about chickens

They are 5-7 weeks old, all together. She's been out of the quail coop for 2 weeks to heal up. When I rescued here her head was bloody and they even pulled out feathers all over her body. She just goes in a corner and takes it. I'd have to spray her whole body with bluecoat, should I do that and eventually things will work out?

How old are the quail? I just spray on bluecoat if they get picked.
