I sure did. It took me a whole 15 minutes to get there. I had to get a few eggs and got some Bantam Marans eggs too.

Bantam Marans in ??????????? black copper ? Cuckoo ? Need to know !!

I have bantam Cuckoos, 1 hen, 2 roosters. The hen is much bigger at this point then the roosters, those boys are runts. I need to make bantam OEs.

I feel like a mad chicken scientist sometime.

Wow, you must be right on the edge of Iowa. I didn't know you lived so close.

I have a dozen Bantam Marans eggs in the bator and a Qaud of Bantam Marans that I bought just waiting for them to be shipped.

ve it after school! Those would be great swap items! Just got back from Nebraska (the Antique Motorcycle Association) show. DH bike won again. Very happy for him. Took Gwendolyn and glad we did so she could see snow. Real snow, not the tiny stuff we get in Lonoke. Look at the windows in this picture. She had a blast playing in the snow and making snow angels. It was 18 degrees that day. She and I also went to a few places and found some goodies for the swap. Will be posting soon. So cute but I just do not have the room to display them. When we got back to Arkansas yesterday it was close to 70 !!! So good to be home.

We did drive through ST Joe both ways. Ugh. I wasn't thinking. So tired from driving I guess. Promise to next time. Going to Davenport Iowa next. This trip was a fast one, had to get DGD back to school.

well, if you take I-35 clear through MO to Iowa you'll drive within a mile of me LOL Glad Gwendolyn got to see real snow. It's in short supply even up here this year.
