Not eligable for the swap yet but I have a question I want to ask while I'm thinking about it: if I have e-gift cards would taking a screen shot of the e-mail containing the gift codes count as confirmation?

I hope serama are broody I would love to see my little girls sitting on there little tiny eggs , there so cute not only are they little think not much bigger then Jumbo brown quail eggs they arnt white exactly they have a very subtle pink tinge to them there amazeing little eggs.
This was there very first egg its hard to see the slight pink as my camra is my phone and its not the greatest.
On another note Amy Roloff came to town and did a book signing at out local book store klindts I picked up her cookbook and got it signed and met her she was really nice


Of course on a day I get to meet a tv peronality and auther I wasnt in any shape to get MY picture taken not with the franken stine forhead thing going

Well chicken update! It's hatching Silkies and seramas here just like popcorn.

I think I am up to 13 last count and they are awesome. I will try and get som pics later.

Update on my hubby. He is doing super awesome from is triple bypass and stroke. Almost completely back to normal. But he goes in Monday for stints and/or bypass surgery on both legs because of several blockages. Please keep him in your prayers dear friends. He is such an awesome, amazing father and husband.
Oh yeah...when you get a chance, I added a whole bunch of goodies on my swap page for y'all.

Prayers and thoughts for your DH... wow, sounds like you guys have had a really crazy last few months... hopefully this procedure is easier on him and they can do stents and not have to do a bypass or anything in his legs... I think it was you I mentioned to before I'm a nurse and work in cardiology.. definitely will be hoping for stents for him!!!

Speaking of swaps.... I was trying to find my empty canning jars (going to turn the rest of my frozen tomatoes into salsa and spagetti sauce tomorrow) and found several half-pint jars of apple butter, apricot butter, cherry syrup, looks like some raspberry jam or butter... most are from 2011, but there are a few that are older, 2009... all from my mom's trees and rasp patch....anyone want to do a side-swap for some eggs that might possibly be available for the NYDH?? The weather has been pretty mild so far, so I don't think they would be turned into egg-scicles...
