Just got LavLady's quail eggs!!!! 12 from the WYGS and 20+ from a side swap. I Got +2 from the WYGS and +3 from the side swap. From WA to TN only two have cracks! SO happy! Going to check for detached air sacs now. Wish me luck.

I received my eggs from emrickey and TMNfarm!!!!. In total I have 23 chicken eggs

and 37 quail eggs from LavLady. It feels like my Birthday (which is still two months away).

As I bite into another mouthful of choclatey decadence I am left but one thought: all this for some silly eggs?!?

And so much choclatey deliciousness! I think the box must weigh over a pound!

I've got a question to throw out there...
I have gold sex link laying hens (bought at the feed store...I'm pretty sure they labeled their bins of chicks correctly) and a rooster given to me (who looks like a gold sex link roo or maybe an amber sex link). Their eggs would produce 2nd generation chicks (which will not be able to be sexed by their color or feathers...which is the point of sex links). Definitely not show quality. But loving and fun all the same!

Point is...should I even bother to offer their hatching eggs as a swap? Totally new to hatching eggs and their shipment.

Not really interested in swapping FOR eggs, I have no way to hatch them. I simply wanted to know if anybody would even want these eggs before I posted them as a swap. I've got no idea if they would be worth the other wonderful things that are swapped here.

You could always offer them as one of your offers and see if they get claimed. That might be a good indication if people would be interested or not.
