Thanks Emmalyn, for jumping in and saving the day.....or the swap. I'll send as many Mottled eggs as the girls will spit out. Okay, they don't exactly spit them but you do know they lay them as they please.

Ok I have been watching for awhile trying to think of what I have that I could swap. While on predator control today I discovered/remembered the large lot of wild iris that grow near the creek that runs through the back of my property. They bloom yellow and I know they can be dug up and transplanted easily as I brought some up last year and planted by my newly dug pond. Would some of these along with maybe a few other choices be an acceptable swap? I honestly don't know if they started out wild or if my gramma tossed some back there when cleaning out her flower gardens. She was always bringing wild flowers up for her garden and then when stuff reproduced to rapidly she would clean out her garden and toss it in the field. The field is half flower garden now. She's been gone for 2 yrs now and was living elsewhere for the previous four and the fields are still growing her garbage flowers. Lol.

Well now that I reminisced and am feeling sad time to go do some stuff in the heat. Be back to check for answers later.

I acually love sharing my plants,one year I was trying to thin them out and offered a bunch and I mean a bunch on freecycle.Only one person wanted any peonies and no takers for the lilacs....

Thats is just rediculous-I would have been at your door with a truck!!! Again very kind of you!

I <3 Peonies, they are my FAVORITE flower, my grandmother bought this god-awful hydrangea and planted it square in the middle of the yard. It is hideous! It never blooms all the way just the outside of the clusters partially bloom.... poo. So my grandfather finally agreed (he hates flowers, says he refuses to plant/water anything that he cant eat!) to rip out the hydrangea this fall/winter and plant another flower/flowery bush there. I lived in florida for YEARS and we had lots of those hibiscus' but I loathe them lol. They dont smell pretty, in fact I think they kinda stink

so I want some peonies! lol. I love them, pink, purple, blue, white, they are so beautiful and large!
