Hi Everyone!
I Pmed I think everyone shipping eggs to me LOL but just in case I missed anyone here is the PM:

Please ship the eggs anytime after Labor Day. Half of CT is in the dark but most should be restored by then. The problem is all our mail gets sorted at the Wallingford CT PO before it is actaully sent to the my Southington PO. Well I was told that the Wallingford PO has no power. I think it is safe to send it in a week rather then it get stuck at a no power PO. I do not know how they are going to re-route the mail til then but I do not want to take any chances.

I do have to mail out a few boxes that people won, Please PM me if you want me to hold off on mailing til after Labor Day. I do not know how the massive power loss will effect out going mail either.

The damage I got from the storm was mostly contained to my peafowl/ chicken pen. It has been fixed and the birds let back out. I just have a lot of debris in my yard to clean up and to cut up a few trees that fell over on the other end of my property. I did not lose power during the storm and still have not. I was a LUCKY one! I even had a peafowl chick hatch during the hurricane (had I lost power it most likely would not have hatched) so everyone please meet "Irene" no matter if it is a boy or girl it WILL be called Irene LMAO!

Thanks for asking I am feeling a little better, but if I am not feeling myself at the end of the week I am going to make a dr appointment.

I dont like going and one of the girls from work was on vacation and we have a 4 person office. and we are trainging a new girl so i didn't have time to go.

I am not any worse so thats good.

i used to have a lot of fluid in my feet- for a long time- dr put me on pills to remove the fluid but never really worked. all a sudden the fluid in my feet is gone... thats great but i have a heaviness in my chest. hoping that the fluid hasn't built up elsewhere.

I don't like going either, and our insurance sucks so we end up paying a huge deductible . I had to go to the cardiologist, now I need a stress test and an echo. Yuck. But we must take care of ourselves , no one else will do it. Hope you get better .

Glad you are safe. I don't have TV (by choice) and only get bits and pieces of news, but am thankful that it downgraded from the worst case scenario. In regards to the mat, send when you can. I would prefer you and your birds getting safe/repaired runs than any swap any day.

meepit- I work with lots of doctors in my job and we are always discussing this case or another. Heaviness in your chest needs to be looked at now. I know it isn't convenient as most medical issues fall in that category but go to the doctor. Fluid disappearing without more going "out"/bathroom needs to be addressed. I would expect a chest xr to rule out fluid around your heart or lungs.

No one knows how you feel except yourself of course but if you don't take of yourself, well then, you can't take care of others if you are seriously sick.
