My eggs from Ann made it today all safe and sound. There were 9 BBS Orp eggs. They went in the incubator (not in the turners though because it is warm again today and they sit in the garage waiting for me to get home) along with 15 of my eggs. I probably shouldn't hatch anymore of my eggs until I get my birds in breeding pens. I probably have enough of my crosses. I'm not against other people's crosses though.

How old are the birds? I can't help but notice that they are missing alot of feathers? is it one of those breeds that take forever for feathers to grow in? My SLbrahmas are like that

The pair I got today are the chicks from the English Import Golden Laced Orpingtons. I was told they are five weeks, however the pullet is larger so I think older. I least I think that one is the pullet. I am not sure about the feather growth on these guys but I do know my project GLO's are slow in feathering and showing their lacing.
