I am soo exhausted..

Between feeding babies, keeping up with the chickens, the kids (real kids) and the house I have been just wiped since Saturday. Did some major coop cleanings yesterday and it's really catching up with me today, I have been ready for bed since I woke up.

. I don't know how most of you take car of all those animals. I am tired and all we have is chickens...well and 3 dogs.... oh and 2 cats....oh and the parrot, but my kids are grown so all I have is a hubby to drive me crazy.

I dont have a family to care for yet but I do have college & 15 full grown chickens & 20 chicks and 4 dogs & the neighborhood stray cats.

All three are from MrHeinz. The black was a blue "mystery egg" and the other two were from his Welsummers before he separated them. Nava here in Florida sells NN eggs and chicks, though.

a cabinet incubator!?!?! I could not handle that! The NYD hatch chicks plus the few I hatched in November, plus these few that hatched recently... I'm run ragged and it doesn't help that the coop that the chicks are in has a roost that I bounce my head off of several times a day....

Thanks, even if they all grow up to be cockerels, I don't think I'll be able to part with them! I had to "save" the blond from her shell, and she's thriving, which makes her all the more precious.
