I did have a brain cramp. So I pushed the buggy outside and sat on the bench and looked at the reciept. All pretty normal staples on the list. The was 2 pair of shorts, a hello kitty purse and 10 pr sock for DGD. That was just and extra $60.00 The only thing I could tell was that I was out of all my laundry, dishwashing, moping supplies. It's crazy, just crazy. But I won't need to go to the store for a month!

@202roosterlane- Lawl what a bill. But stuff just add's up now a days. I can easily spend 150.00 on chicken feed, I do buy 12 way grains and a high crumble, but it is all for the babys. At the store it is an easy 200+ just for a weeks worth of groceries for 6 of us. I can remember a time when gas was .75 a gallon, and you could get 2 Soda's and a big candy bar to split for 1.50. Would be so nice if prices stood still.....

I am totally with you on that. I remember when my sister and I got .50 each as a treat and we were over joyed. We could get 1 soda and a candy bar or 2 candybars and where in heaven!

My teen's teacher told her class that by the time they are all in their late 20's candy bars should be at 5.00. I really hope this never comes to be true.
