Okay I have a question. I should just post it under "what am I" but yanno....
About the end of Chick days for TSC I bought what was left in their bantam bin. I sold all of them later but this one little one. She is very pretty and well... She started crowing and fighting this morning. I cannot seem to find his breed anywhere on any of the hatchery's websites. Any Idea's?

He looks grey in the photo but in real life it is more of a tanish chocolate grey.

I would almost bet is is probably an Old English.

Thanks everyone! It is sunny today, so there should be a little drying out here. Hoping the rivers and streams slow down some. My daughter worked last evening and there was no way for her to get home (all the roads to here were closed) - so she is stuck in town staying a friends house. Thank goodness for friends!

Jim and KYTinpusher - Did you get any of that much needed rain last night and into today? Hopefully it was a nice rain if it did. The radar showed alot of reds and yellows going through the middle part of the country last night. I was praying for gentle rains for everyone
I am glad things are starting to look up for you. I wish for lots of sunshine for you! No, we didn't get any rain. I go to work and watch the storms build on the radar

and head for our area, but then they hit the river a few miles west of our house, break apart, go north and south of our house,

then regroup a few miles east of our house and carry on!

Of course, when things get desperate, I do have my own rain-making mechanism - we pay someone to bring us water to fill the cistern and within 24 hours we'll have a downpour!

Works every time!

I know what you mean - if my husband tills the garden it is guaranteed to rain too! Hope you get some soon!
