On another note, thank you to Herducks for my duck figurine, and ty to Bettacreek for my bath bombs and candles for my swap and side swap. I love all the stuff!!!

I vote for no changes to be made. We've lasted this long with no major issues why mess with it.

I agree with you and it appears that most of the swappers think it runs pretty good like it is also and do not want big changes either. The swap is not my swap but our swap so from time to time I like to check with everyone to see if there is a need to change anything.

Some of the other swaps have put paypal minimums so I thought I would ask if we should also. On this swap, it has been up to the person excepting to decide if it is a fair swap and it has worked fine. It appears that we should just leave it as is and let the swappers decide if they want to take an offer.

Please do chime in on the 4 swaps and of letting people take additional swaps if the swap stalls for a certain period of time. I think these would be the only changes if we make changes.

My hen's choice eggs from corancher arrived today in perfect condition (Yay!) and not frozen or even cold really. Our temps got down to 12 last night, not the 26 that the weatherman had forecasted. Bad weatherman, bad! I'm sure my chickens did not like that!

Glad the eggs arrived okay. Hope you get a great hatch. I saw one of the other Cream Legbar girls in the nest today so keep your fingers crossed for more eggs.

Looks like there are several options on the rules.

Option 1- no change.
Option 2- up the limit on swaps to 4 per week.
Option 3- keep the limit on swaps as 3 per week, and add a 12-hour timer on the offer. If an offer hasn't been claimed after 12 hours, it can be claimed by those who have reached their swap limit for the week.
Option 4- keep the limit on swaps as 3 per week, and add a 24-hour timer on the offer. If an offer hasn't been claimed after 24 hours, it can be claimed by those who have reached their swap limit for the week.
Option 5- same as option #3, but with 4 as the swap limit.
Option 6- same as option #4, but with 4 as the swap limit.

Perhaps the votes can be PM-ed to corancher by 11:59 PM EST Monday 20 Nov, and everyone who had swapped on the thread can vote?

Or there is no need to do anything .

I do not care if there r 3 or 4 swaps,i just request that everyone try and keep current with their swap pages.

I think 4 is ok as long as the swaps keep flowing with no problems.

I thought things were going pretty smoothy before. I know that I have set personal limits that are different than the number of swaps allowed to pace myself so I will have quality goodies to share with you... and then some left to allow for shipping cost.
