What is a chicken concoction as I might like it?

My daughter has a recipe for Mississippi pot roast. She did some chicken breasts that way last night. It has Italian and ranch dressing mixes, pepperoncini juice and we use water instead of broth so it’s not so salty. Very good, not something I would have tried on my own lol.

Nothing! LOL going to a fundraiser dinner so I don’t have to cook a thing! Chicken parm, eggplant parm, meatballs and sauce, pasta, salad, rolls, and cookies. All or mostly all homemade lol

Absolutely. We’re at the park with dogs but I’ll get it from her when I get home and post for you.

2-3 lb roast, or chicken breasts
1/4 cup juice of pepperoncinis and however many you feel like throwing in
Packet of ranch
Packet of onion soup mix, oopsie Not Italian dressing!
Few tablespoons of butter just slice them in, just a couple is fine
3/4-1c water or broth (broth makes it too salty for us so we use water)
Pressure cook on high for an hour. Wait at least ten minutes before releasing pressure (we just wait until it does so naturally)
When it releases put it on sauté
Remove meat add a cornstarch slurry, last night I did about 1/4c water and a couple tablespoons cornstarch
Whisk til it’s gravy and turn it off

We serve on mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, etc. I had it on a baked potato last night.
