Whatcha Making for Supper?

Onion rings and burgers sound soooo good right now.:drool
Mind sharing the recipe for the onion rings?
Here you go :) FYI the recipe calls for a cup of beer but I think someone screwed up that amount. I adjust based on batter thickness, I like it thinner for a nice light crust, so use roughly 12 oz but 1 cup was definitely not enough. A little extra oregano is nice too, and I prefer to use beer from a bottle and not a can.

2 C flour
2 t parsley flakes
2 t garlic pwd
2 t oregano
3/4 to 1 t salt
Pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten
1 C beer
Mix dry ingredients to incorporate, then add egg and beer and mix well. Dip onion rings in batter and fry in very hot oil until golden brown.

That’s probably the only amount of beer that was left before the original cooker realized that they needed beer for the recipe.
