Whatcha Making for Supper?

Yeah, it sounded better in theory than it looked going in :lol:

The onions and garlic were a given. I just needed something else... I almost went with a jar of artichoke hearts :oops:
That might have been great. Seems like a nice substitute for mushrooms in texture.
 
Chicken and baked potato with sour cream butter ranch dressing and salt and pepper. Oh and I will cut up some garlic scapes.
I haven't had any come up yet. How to you serve them? Do you sauté them?

First year growing garlic and they said I would get the scapes in spring.

I usually just cut them up and put them on the baked potato. I have fried them with potatoes. They're so adaptive to work with however you choose to use them. A lot of people say that they are bitter but my taste buds don't agree.
