Whatcha Making for Supper?

I have another experiment going, my second attempt at a zucchini boat. This time I opened the squash from one side so the boat's deeper, and there's a lid I can put on if I want. It's in the oven now without the lid on, but I might put it on later.

Seasoned with salt, pepper and oregano.

With the lid. I'll probably cook the lid on the side and put it on top when it's all done. It's an experiment so it might be a big fail. I have the oven set at 425.
