Stuffed porkchop, baked sweet potato, squash/onion/tomato ratatouille.

Tonight will be sausage and sauerkraut. I am not a big fan so plan on having veggie beef soup that is currently simmering in my giant stock pot.

It smells AMAZING in here.

I love curry, I've only had it once, in Cuba, but it was amazing....and the food in Cuba is supposed to be awful.
