Whatcha Making for Supper?

tonight is a pot roast with potatoes and carrots, homemade baking powder biscuits

General Tso's over rice for dinner tonight. I found a crock pot recipe for it that makes it easy (and good).

I love curry, I've only had it once, in Cuba, but it was amazing....and the food in Cuba is supposed to be awful.

I love Cuban food! Living in south Florida, it was easy to find...not so much in Wyoming though.

Cooking a big pot of stuffed peppers. Enough for tonight and 3 meals to freeze. Slow baking Yukon gold potatoes as per Martha Stewart recommendation, plus green beans.

Getting a butchered 1/2 cow today. Making room in the big freezer, so have ground beef defrosting and looking for inspiration
