Whatcha Making for Supper?

I'm making a huge pot of my spinach, mushroom, and dumpling soup. It should get us through tomorrow's snow storm, and hopefully through this weekend's frigid weather. We will have a salad, and some bread to go with it.
 
It ended up being like expensive hamburger helper, except with chicken. The jar of Alfredo sauce had no taste at all. Garlic powder and pepper saved it.
I’ve been scared of jarred Alfredo I decided to try some and accidentally picked up the jar of low fat low sodium stuff.
